The challenge

Level had built a premium access control product, and the brand carried an ethos the founders call Square Zero. Their website didn't. The two co-founders were openly unhappy with how their digital presence represented the brand, and the large agencies hired to fix it never delivered.

On top of that, they had just acquired a B2B division, Dwelo, that needed to be folded into the same experience. They wanted it done well, done efficiently, and done by a team that felt nothing like a big agency.

The approach

In partnership with lead agency &Kind, Motevo helped lead a creative team drawn from a trusted network of designers, writers, and technologists, providing strategic and operational direction, plus an Asana workflow that kept every stream coordinated and moving.

Together we rebuilt the site around Square Zero, across UX, design, copywriting, and motion, and integrated Dwelo into one coherent experience. Having come from large agencies ourselves, we knew which parts of that model to keep and which to leave behind.

A premium product deserves a premium story. When the two drift apart, the website is usually where you see it first.

Where it landed

The site relaunched in just under four months. The work covered strategy, UX, design, copywriting, revised tech stack and CMS, plus SEO, and analytics, with GA4 reporting in place and new production content showcasing the premium product line. Dwelo came out of it with a home inside the brand rather than a page bolted on.

A boutique network, run tightly, delivered what a large agency had struggled to.
