The challenge
G&CO. is a customer experience studio that had grown into a serious enterprise practice, working with large brands across retail and consumer goods. It had also started building something most studios never attempt: its own product. Acumen, a decision intelligence platform, was becoming central to where the company was headed.
That kind of growth puts pressure on the business underneath it. New work was outpacing the systems meant to support it, and moving from a project-based shop toward a product-led company requires a different operational foundation. The challenge wasn't any single deliverable. It was helping G&CO. build the maturity to run at the scale it was heading toward.
The approach
Motevo came in as a strategy partner, embedded with Juan and the leadership team. We built up G&CO.'s sales engine and brought operational maturity to how the studio now runs.
Our primary role was to guide rather than run: how to think about the business, where to place its bets, how to bring Acumen to market as the studio's flagship product. We are the strategic partner that supports G&CO. and its trajectory for growth.

Where it landed
Today G&CO. has a sharper sales engine, operations built to scale, and a leadership team with a clearer view of the business they're running. The company runs on repeatable systems, not firefighting. Acumen has a clear path to market as the studio's flagship product, backed by a business mature enough to launch and support it.
The work is ongoing, across both the company and the product.
